Western Maine Signing

Mobile Notary in Denmark, Maine

Denmark borders Brownfield - the Saco River marks the town line - so the village at the Routes 117 and 160 crossing is one of my shortest runs. Year-round homes and Moose Pond camps alike.

Because the trip is short, scheduling is flexible: my posted fees already include travel, and my service area page shows how Denmark fits in.

What I can notarize

Acknowledgments, jurats, and witnessed signatures for deeds, camp paperwork, powers of attorney, and estate documents - plus hospital and care-facility signings when a family needs me at a bedside. I also handle loan document signings - refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages.

Evenings and weekends are regular working hours, not exceptions - end-of-day closings and after-work signings are easy to place on the calendar, and same-day requests get an honest yes or no on the first call.

Where we can meet

Most signings happen at your home - but if you would rather meet somewhere public, Denmark Public Library (121 E Main St) works well, or name a place that suits you.

Fees are set by driving distance from Brownfield - see the posted rates. Your exact fee is confirmed when you book.

What to bring

Have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer and leave the paperwork unsigned until we sit down - the what to bring checklist covers the rest.

Text or call with the documents and the timing that works for you in Denmark - same-day is often possible when the schedule allows.
